3 Common types of eczema - their symptoms and severity!


 It is very difficult to understand eczema fully. It is an uncomfortable skin disorder, which affects the sufferer’s life. Eczema symptom is a frustrating painful condition with itching, inflammation, and sometimes weeping and crusting. There are three most known types of eczema. They are: 1) Atopic, 2) Nummular and 3) Dyshidrotic.

The most seen type of eczema is atopic Eczema which generally found in infants. Atopic eczema can be severe if not cared properly but they are not as severe as Nummular and Dyshidrotic eczema.

Dyshidrotic is the most severe type of eczema which affects hands, soles, palms or feet. The symptoms are itchy large white painful blisters. They are the most severe, painful and ugly form of eczema. It first appears like blisters that can cause light to severe itching with cracked scaly skin.

As they are itchy, the sufferer tends to scratch the area and the blisters may ooze resulting in severe skin infections. As it appears on the most exposed part of the body like hands and feet, it’s pretty hard to hide making the sufferer more stressed. Also it can cause of great inconvenience to perform the daily routine activities.

If you notice that you have dyshidrotic eczema, consult a dermatologist without wasting any time. Steroid based medication and ointments are the common treatment. But the problem is that these medicines can give the sufferer some relief but the symptoms can appear again. Following home remedies have proven quite effective to treat dyshidrotic eczema.
